What is Jiu-Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), is a ground-based grappling sport. When executed live, it’s called “rolling” hence the fresh rolls daily motto. The sport emphasizes leverage, pivot points and joint manipulation, utilizing technique over strength. Although it doesn’t hurt to be a little bit strong too.
